My team and I specialise in gynaecological and hormone health, autoimmune issues and difficult relationships with a holistic approach.
Why?
Because for almost 25 years of working in the wellness industry I have seen how symptoms are a sign that the body is struggling mentally, emotionally and physically. And this is due to things like stress, difficult relationships and nutritional or food intolerance issues.
By looking at what happened in your life prior to the symptoms starting we can begin to address them.
We work holistically to support you back to overall well-being and to address underlying imbalances, supporting the body's own healing abilities.
This approach takes into account various factors that contribute to health, including emotional well-being, the environment, relationships around you (both intimate and family/friends) exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress management.
For example, conditions like lichen sclerosus and Crohnes Disease can be your stress barometer (this is my experience both personally and professionally). They flare under times of stress. By resolving what is causing that underlying stress can lead to a remission of symptoms.
But also, certain foods can be triggers and this can become more obvious when the stress is removed.
It can be really hard to know where to start.
We can help you unpick what is going on and help you find a way through to lasting physical, emotional and mental well-being.Typically we work with children, women and people with v*lvas who are facing challenging autoimmune, hormonal and gynaecological/intimate health symptoms. They may have symptoms of fatigue, brain fog, vaginitis, vaginismus, lichen sclerosus, vulvaldynia, hormonal rage, low libido, genital herpes, perimenopause, hot flushes, menstrual irregularities etc.
My team and I have lived experiences of immune issues.
I personally have a diagnosis of Lichen Sclerosus, Crohnes disease and Hashimotos Thyroiditis as well as a history of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome means I understand just how difficult living with these issues can be on a physical and mental basis and just how much a toll a break up can take on your health.
